Automatic calculation of personalized KPIs

Each solar project is unique and has its specific contractual and performance indicators. During the activation phase we will work together to incorporate your formulas into our system so your specific KPIs are automatically calculated.

Failure detection, diagnosis
and quantification

We can detect and diagnose all possible failures that occur in PV plants and our advanced algorithms will precisely quantify the energy losses in case any claims need to be made.
These algorithms have been tested in real PV plants (see case studies) returning false positive rates less than 1%.

This module identifies, quantifies, diagnoses, evaluates, and predicts performance anomalies, differentiating between data acquisition faults, generation failures, and predictive failures. Our more common detection failures are: tracking losses, disconnected strings, soiling, vegetation, inverter clipping due to high temperatures, among others.

Digital Twin Technology

With the use of information from different sources, including SCADA data with real-time synchronization in the cloud, details from the monitoring system of the PV plant, external sources like reference modules and soiling sensors, and non-continuous data sources such as thermographic inspections and I-V curve testing campaigns, we create a digital twin of your PV plants with continuous updates. This integration results in clear and actionable insights:

Compares performance results with historical records and initial yield assessment estimates for a holistic view.

We add parametric algorithms to estimate the most precise energy output of all elements in the PV plant. Together with meteorological forecasts, this module enables the prediction of expected production at different time horizons for effective market integration.

Bess Algorithm

As a result of collaboration with some of the main battery manufacturers in europe, we have created algorithms to estimate your battery’s state of charge & state of health in order to optimize the energy management of your solar-battery system and detect any premature failures.

Data Filtering & Cleaning

Inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent information is the biggest enemy of Data Analytics. Our advanced filtering algorithms solve this issue automatically, with two types of filters:

These filters ensure the quality of individual registered variables by checking for activity, proper connections, accurate recording, and alignment with expectations. They adhere to the requirements of the IEC-61724 standard.

These filters ensure coherence among variables of different types from different sources and they allow filling in lost data periods of certain elements.
