The information we collect and process about you depends on the relationship you establish with QPV and how you use our WEBSITE. In this section, we describe the categories of data we collect and the sources from which we obtain this information.
We collect your identification and business contact details, as well as any other information that you voluntarily include in the communications you send us when you complete any of the contact forms on THE WEBSITE, or when you send us an email to the contact addresses published to request a demo or information about our products or services.
We also collect your identification and contact details, as well as the information contained in your CV when you enter such information into the application form for any vacancy published in the Careers section.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
At QPV, we process the information you provide through the forms or contact addresses published on THE WEBSITE for the purpose of managing the delivery of information, quotations, or services that you have requested from us. Below, we specify each of the possible processing purposes:
a. To manage your requests for information, demos, or quotations submitted through contact email accounts, instant messaging services (WhatsApp), or forms published on THE WEBSITE, as well as to provide customer support, deliver services efficiently, and maintain our commercial relationship with you.
b. To inform you about the activities and services marketed by QPV, provided that you have previously and expressly authorized us by checking the corresponding consent box, through the sending of commercial communications to the email address you have provided.
c. To include you in QPV recruitment processes or in recruitment processes of associated or affiliated companies that best match your profile, if you have submitted your CV through the means indicated on THE WEBSITE.
WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS THAT ALLOWS US TO PROCESS YOUR DATA?
For the purpose described in section a), our legal basis is the free and voluntary provision of your contact details and any other information so that we can respond to your request for information, a quotation, or a demo, as well as answer your questions and, where applicable, follow up on your commercial inquiries.
For the purpose described in section b), our legal basis is the prior consent you have provided by checking the voluntary acceptance box accompanying any of the contact forms or information request forms available on THE WEBSITE.
For the purpose described in section c), our legal basis is the free and voluntary provision of your personal data, CV and/or cover letter so that we may include you in our recruitment processes or, where applicable, in the recruitment processes of any of our affiliated or associated companies.
In every communication we send you, QPV will remind you of the method for withdrawing your consent, effective from the moment you exercise that right.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your data will be retained for the minimum period necessary for the proper provision of the requested service, as well as to address any liabilities that may arise from it and any other legal requirements.
With regard to contact details used for sending commercial communications, they will be retained until you withdraw your consent.
The data included in CVs submitted by USERS will be forwarded to and processed by our Human Resources Department. Such information will be retained for the purpose indicated above for two years from the receipt of the latest CV. We recommend updating your information periodically if you wish to continue participating in recruitment processes carried out by QPV.
When the data is no longer necessary for the originally communicated purpose, it will be blocked using appropriate security measures to ensure access only for the handling of liabilities during the applicable statutory limitation periods in each case.
To whom will we disclose your data?
QPV may transfer or communicate personal data in order to comply with its obligations towards Public Administrations whenever required under the legislation in force at any given time and, where applicable, to other Judicial Authorities or State Security Bodies.
What rights do you have as a data subject?
As the data subject, you have the following rights:
• Right of access. USERS have the right to obtain information from QPV about whether personal data concerning them is being processed, to access such data, and to obtain information about the processing carried out.
• Right to obtain a copy of their personal data.
• Right to rectification. USERS have the right to have QPV correct their personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Right to erasure. USERS have the right to request the deletion of data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or when any of the other legally established circumstances apply.
• Right to restriction of processing. USERS have the right to request a restriction on the processing of their personal data, so that processing operations that would otherwise apply are not carried out in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR.
• Right to data portability. USERS have the right to receive the personal data concerning them in a structured format, provided that such data relates exclusively to the USER and has been provided by the USER.
